Three years ago when I delivered this lovely girl of mine. Hmnn, I cannot imagine that she's now 3 years old and so energetic. I always told her and encourage her to dance, some walks outside and play. Obviously her pediatrician advise as to cut a bit on her diet, she's overweight nowadays. Eversince before her weight is at level and mostly higher than recommended weight on her age. Yeah, a couple of months ago I started to cut her meals and were afraid as well that it will lead her to obesity. Here in United States that is a common problem among toddlers.
Hopefully by this summer we can see changes on her and back in-shape. Normally our favorite hang-out is at the park so I crossed my fingers and be serious in dieting. Eventually, the problem is not only with my daughters weight but fo myself too. I will see to it that were going to have a lot of jogging and walks outside to make us sweat seriously. What is life if the body is unhealthy right? So, there's no harm in trying by exercising and eating healthy. ^_^
